Waste Site Exemption Raising

Operators, landowners and developers have to apply for a Waste Exemption when they wish to legally store low-risk waste on a non-permitted site, e.g. receiving inert waste from another site. A Waste Exemption is valid for a period of 3 years.

WPSCC can raise the relevant exemption for you, ensure you are aware of the restrictions of the exemption and liaise as necessary with the Environment Agency.
