About Waste Plan Solutions - SWMPWPS was founded in November 2009 by Lara Ayris MSc following her background with CIWM (Chartered Institution of Wastes Management) and BRE (Building Research Establishment), where she combined her knowledge of waste and construction with a view to allievaiting the ever increading legislative burden on the construction industry.
